Mark Clayton About

Purpose-Driven Entrepreneur, Community Builder, and Cross-Cultural Leader

Welcome to the official website of Mark Clayton, a British entrepreneur, multi-award-winning CFO, philanthropist, and social leader. At the heart of Mark's journey is a commitment to purposeful leadership – building businesses with impact, empowering youth, and championing entrepreneurship as a force for good.

From co-founding multiple companies within China 2 West (C2W Group), a leading British manufacturing and supply chain firm, to co-founding and leading the Come Together Community, a social enterprise that has transparently raised over USD 450,000 for children in need, Mark has consistently fused business with social value. He is also the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce South China, where he advocates for inclusive growth, cross-border collaboration, and strives to advocate for British businesses in both China and the UK.

Mark believes the future belongs to those who dare to build with purpose, whether that’s a business, a community, or a life of impact. His mission? To support the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the UK and across borders with the tools, insights, and confidence to thrive.

“We, the adults, are here leading today, but the youth will be leading tomorrow, and we must empower them to leader with courage, confidence, and freedom to grow.”
